Welcome! I’m Cat Flo — a creator, educator, and community builder based in Bonita Springs, Florida. With backgrounds in Business Management, Marketing, and Early Childhood Development, I’m passionate about helping people grow, connect, and shine.

I work across art, marketing, and community initiatives, supporting kids, adults, and fellow creatives through classes, events, and collaborative projects. I love exploring the hidden gems of SWFL and sharing my journey through my blog, “Keeping Up with Cat,” where I write about lifestyle, wellness, food, and local adventures.

I serve as an Education & Event Coordinator for local nonprofits and as Media Chair for United Film & Television Artists (UFTA), where I help elevate storytelling and creative talent in our community.

We Outside SWFL is my newest endeavor with Saint.  We do content and promotion for SWFL restaurants, hotels, date spots, and much more.
